The terms and conditions of OneShruti are set out below. We value providing a personal service and understand what an important purchase this  artwork will be for you. If you have any queries about purchasing an original artwork or a Fine Art Print, or you are unsure how the terms and conditions may apply to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Originals and Fine Art Prints

The images of the artworks shown on the website, the online store and on social media are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors will accurately reflect the color of the artwork. Therefore, the artwork may differ vary slightly from those images.

OneShruti is not responsible for the colur accuracy of any original work of art or Fine Art Prints displayed on the website, the online store and social media, and disclaims all liability in this regard.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is handled by USPS. Your order is usually dispatched within 1 week. Delivery usually takes place within one week of the dispatch conformation, although this cannot be guaranteed, as occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control.

If you notice any damage when your package is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as (damaged – return to sender) or you can request the delivery company to mark the tracking as (received damaged, subject to further inspection). Please file the claim immediately! You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you contact us you have to inform us with the tracking number off your box, a description of the damage and its value. For any claims you have to make photo’s of the damaged package and send them to OneShruti.
