This session is designed to heal deep traumas that reoccur as emotional triggers throughout your life.
I use shadow work and parts work to guide you to arrive at integration. However, I will adjust and use other intuitive processes based on what needs are presented as you move through your emotional body.
Heart - Mind Medicine | 1 hour
This session is a blend of heart and mind. Whether you are seeking consulting, coaching or mentoring, I serve what is at the core of your difficulty. My approach is realistic and heart centered. Examples where I have helped clients are: Making a big decision, business/ organizational issues, employee discords, court cases, family dynamics, divorce guidance, career & personal growth, or dealing with symptoms of an illness etc.
